Is there really such a shampoo that helps get rid of breakage and split ends?

Hi, I have medium-thick hair. My hair has a lot of breakage and split ends going on. I had only just gotten a hair cut less than a month ago and my hair is already crazily split ended and breaking. I do not do much damaging stuff to my hair such has getting perms and hair dyes. The only damaging thing i routinely do is straightening my hair at 400 degrees farenheit. Don't tell me to go out and buy heat protectant spray because I already have some and my question is for shampoo recommendations.
