Im so crazily "in the mood" no matter what i do it just wont go!! help?!?

like i dont know what to do! try to keep it clean so i dont get blocked but i broke up with my bf of 13 months like 2 months ago.. i wont let myself have another guy yet pleasuring myself wont working trying to distract myself doesnt work! im 16 nearly 17 and this has been the case for like a few months now, its always on my mind help help help!! i feel so crazily gagging!
