Did the Fly Die riddle? Please Help?

Technically the answer is no, because there was no smooshed fly on her hand. Also, a fly can hit a wall ( or a car windshield ) at 60 mph and not die. The answer is whatever she want it to be, and a great way to keep you guessing. Next time she says "No" ...ask her: "How do you know?"
