How much are some people concerned about the problems of their own country before concerning about China's?

Hey Jack, are Sailor and Pete the same guy? Both can be funny sometimes and both get under Dogs thin skin easily. How about the US keeps its food and China keeps their money only for a year or so, ha ha ha. Then we trade them a few months of food for what we owe them! Sounds like a deal to me.
