How to cope with a girl?

there is this girl with whom im on probation b/c of and a restraining order. im not allowed to go near her no less than contact her in any way. I think about her everyday and not able to help it. I can easily say that im obsessed about her and have been thinking about her everday for the past two years and pray concerning her just about every day as well. I have entered into the "crazily obsessed" category, and afraid of what my actions will be in the future should my obsession grow anymore than it is now which it has not become any less esp after how long we have been apart. I have dated other girls but find them nowhere near as amazing as the girl i want....im already taking counceling classes to help me cope with my current situation but they don't help worth a damn. As far as im concerned, my obsession will cause me to do something as it has before in the past.
